Okie Dokie,
We have had an incredibly crazy last week and a half... lots of people over for a glorious New Year's Eve Party with plenty of good friends and great food, including meatballs, lots of chips and dips, a pickle and olive platter, and a Chick-Fil-A tray (for the Chick-Fil-A Bowl that aired on NYE). Christie was a trooper... she stayed up until nearly 3am! Everyone left or went to bed around 3:30am.
New Years Day was spent cleaning the house and relaxing/recovering from the night before. Not much more to tell here.
The next day was the Cotton Bowl, in which Oklahoma State and our beloved Pokes made an appearance... well, at least the defense made an appearance... our offense stayed in Stillwater (but that is an entirely different blog post for an entirely different blog).
All of this is relevant to the Baby Blog, because... well, he/she will definately be having his/her little friends over for New Year's Eve Parties at some point... when it's 25, right? And it will be indoctrinated with OSU periphenalia from the second it is born. (I really can't wait to stop typing "he/she" and "it"... mid-february I can! Get your votes in now)
Tomorrow we see the doc again for our another sonogram (I think). We also get to figure out how much this little one is gonna cost to have! Who ever said the best things in life are free? I don't buy it! We'll give you guys another update after the doctor visit...
Oh, also it was brought to my attention that I never posted the due date... as of now it is July 28th, 2010!
